★★★★★
“I’d never used a kettlebell before, so I wasn’t really sure what to expect. Took me a little while to get used to the movements, but the videos make it easier to follow. I can do it at home without feeling like I need to know everything already.”
Daniel, 29 · Manchester, UK
★★★★★
“My schedule is pretty packed between work and everything else, so getting to the gym consistently was becoming a problem. I wanted something I could do at home without spending an hour working out. These sessions have been a good fit so far.”
Chris, 36 · Toronto, Canada
★★★★★
“I kept saying I was gonna start working out but never really knew where to begin. There’s so much fitness stuff online that it gets confusing. I like that I can just put the video on and follow along without having to plan everything myself.”
Alex, 32 · Melbourne, Australia

See it ↗About
I'm 30 years old and I live in Brooklyn, New York. I work a corporate job and I never had time for the gym. I got into kettlebells because training at home was the only thing that fit my life. It worked, so I never stopped.
Why I train this way
For a long time I thought getting in shape meant more. More time, more equipment, more of everything. It never stuck. Then I stopped copying what worked for everyone else and built what worked for me.
Less equipment. Shorter sessions. More consistency. Start small, show up, and let the reps add up. That’s the IronPhorm way, and it’s exactly what I built the Foundations Guide for.
