Terms of sale
Effective September 27, 2026
This site and everything sold on it is run by Ironphorm LLC, a New York limited liability company based in Brooklyn, NY ("IronPhorm," "we," "us"). By using the site or buying anything from us, you agree to these terms.
The guide
The IRONPHORM Foundations Guide is a digital product you read and watch online, right here on this site. When you buy it, you get a personal license to use it yourself. That license is yours alone and cannot be passed to anyone else. Your access does not expire. Buy it once and it stays yours to come back to whenever you train.
You can't resell it, share your access, post it online, or use it to coach or teach other people without our written permission. The guide, the videos, the photos and the IRONPHORM name all belong to Ironphorm LLC.
Coaching
Coaching spots are limited and offered by application. If you're accepted, the price, length and schedule will be confirmed with you in writing before you pay. Coaching is guidance on training, not medical care.
Payments
Payments are handled by our checkout provider (for example Stripe or the platform the guide is sold through). We never see or store your full card number.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after an update means you accept the new version.
The legal part
The site and our products are provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, Ironphorm LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the product involved. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Refunds
Because the guide is delivered instantly online, all sales are final once you've been given access.
That said, if you can't access the guide, a video won't play, or something's missing, email ironphorm@gmail.com within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you. If you were charged twice by mistake, we'll refund the extra charge.
Coaching refunds follow whatever was agreed in writing when you signed up.

What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email and message, so we can reply.
- Purchases: your name, email and order details from the checkout provider, so we can deliver the guide and help if something goes wrong.
- Basic site data: our host may log standard info like your browser and IP address to keep the site running and secure.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information. We don't share it except with the services that help us run the business (our website host, form service, checkout provider and email provider, Kit), and only for that purpose. We'll only send you marketing emails if you signed up for them, and every email has a way to unsubscribe.
Other sites
Links to Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Amazon and our checkout provider take you to sites with their own privacy policies. Amazon may use cookies to track purchases made through our links.
Cookies
This site does not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies of its own. Two services we rely on may set cookies of their own: Kit, which runs our email signup forms, and Amazon, which may use cookies to track purchases made through our gear links so we get credit for the sale. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site and the guide will still work.
How long we keep it
We keep your email and form messages for as long as you stay subscribed, or as long as we need them to run the business and meet our legal duties. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless the law requires us to keep a record of a purchase.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we have about you at any time. Email ironphorm@gmail.com.
Kids
This site isn't meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from minors.
Health disclaimer
Everything on this site, in the guide, on our social channels and in coaching is general fitness information. It isn't medical advice, and it doesn't replace a doctor, physical therapist or an in-person coach who can watch you move.
Check with your doctor before starting any exercise program, especially if you're injured, pregnant, recovering from surgery, or managing a medical condition. Stop right away if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.
Kettlebells are heavy and they swing. Train in a clear space, use a weight you can control, and take responsibility for your own training. By using our content you accept the risks that come with exercise. Ironphorm LLC and Philippe St Hubin aren't responsible for any injury that results from it.
Results depend on the person. Any progress shown by me or anyone else isn't a promise of what you'll get.
Affiliate disclosure
Some links on this site, including the Gear page and our Amazon storefront, are affiliate links. As an Amazon Associate, Ironphorm LLC earns from qualifying purchases. It doesn't cost you anything extra, and I only list gear I actually use.
